So pretty vintage cottagecore 1990s April Cornell dress with a delicate and very vintage-looking print of pinks and green on ivory, and clean, simple lines, with pleats/tucks on the front and back bodice for shaping and delicate rose pink lace trimming the neckline, plus pink ribbon back ties to adjust the fit. This is the high quality, beautiful rayon crepe that April originally used in her dresses back in the day and which you don't find in her current collections anymore--it's "old school" lasting quality that wears well, which is why collectors just love her vintage dresses! Beautifully made and in wonderful clean, fresh condition; very classic, timeless, beautiful and wearable vintage style, slips over the head with a soft simplicity and line that clings to the body. I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. This is a NON SMOKING environment and always has been--I do not sell anything that has any kind of odor, nor do I ship clothing stuffed into shipping bags; I use new USPS boxes ONLY and carefully fold/wrap everything in new tissue paper.

The size tag has been removed from this but it's definitely an XL, maybe even an XXL, please go by the measurements below-- Vintage April Cornell dresses vary in sizing. This one is quite roomy, a classic shift style meant to fit comfortably, with back ties to adjust the fit where you like.
Bust: dress measures 46" pit to pit, I would say fits up to about 44-45" comfortably.
Length is approx 47" from shoulder to hem while on the hanger. Mannequin is a modern size 6/8 (36-26-36) and too small for the dress.

Condition: I can find no flaws on this dress; it is freshly cleaned, no spots, stains, rips, holes or damages, just gorgeous! Original April Cornell label, size tag removed.
