Darling RARE Vintage 1970s 1980s Pastel Rainbow Chevron Stripes Sundress by Positive Attitude

Adorable and SO highly collectible/rare vintage 1970s-1980s spaghetti strap pullover sun dress by Positive Attitude. Wonderful print of pink, lavender, yellow and blue in a chevron stripe print; no fiber content tag but is either a cotton or cotton/poly blend jersey knit---very cool and lightweight! Dress has an easy flowing classic fit w/elastic waist, marked a 7/8 but that is definitely vintage sizing as this fits perfectly on my size 6 mannequin. Has belt loops but no belt, this would look awesome with a stretchy lavender belt or just a simple matching jersey tie belt. Fantastic dress for any summer event, party, wedding and you can accessorize this beautifully with different kinds of pastels ie. belt, jewelry, etc. Absolutely a delight to wear!

I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties! I'm meticulous about clothing in general so I make quite sure that every piece of vintage clothing I sell is clean, fresh, pressed and in excellent wearable condition---I do not use any fragranced or heavily-chemical products in caring for/cleaning garments and they are carefully stored in climate-controlled closets at all times except for when I am photographing them for listings. This is a NON SMOKING environment and always has been--I do not sell anything that has any kind of odor, nor do I ship clothing stuffed into shipping bags; I use new USPS boxes ONLY and carefully fold/wrap everything in new tissue paper.

Measurements of this wonderful dress are as follows (marked a vintage 7/8 but is definitely more of a 6; this fits EXACTLY on my size 6 mannequin. Though it's stretchy I don't recommend it for larger than that.
Bust 36" max, waist stretches from 30-32", length is 43" from the top of the shoulder strap.

Condition: Excellent gently worn vintage, no stains, spots or rips/holes, freshly cleaned, I cannot find any issues. No fasteners of any kind, pulls over the head. Tag is "Positive Attitude".
