Exquisite Bohemian 100% silk vivid orchid pink, orange, black and white satin striped super-floaty, flowing, superb glimmery late 70's-early 80's dress, this beauty is just scrumptious with its exquisite print on satin-striped silk chiffon intermingled with metallic golden threads. This one looks new, never worn! Has the original, coordinating tomato red silk crepe separate slip, which gives it a real glow; you could wear this over slips of various colors, changing the look of the dress itself because of the sheerness of it. Icinoo/The Silk Farm dresses were sold in only the top high-end stores back in the day, and famous for their exquisite designs and colors. Such a timeless, beautiful and wearable style, with butterfly sleeves and a softly full skirt. I love antique and vintage clothing and have collected it for years, as well as having a longtime design career including doing costume & restoration work for major movie studios and museums....I've translated that love to my own contemporary creations as well as now offering some choice pieces of my extremely large collection of vintage and antique beauties!

Measurements of this delicious dress are as follows:
Dress has no size tag, but the original silk slip is marked a size 10--that is a VINTAGE 10 so please doublecheck measurements!
Bust: 40" but would not recommend this for larger than a 36-37 because it is supposed to be loose and flowy.
Waist: elastic, and the waist measures 40" when fully stretched. Length of skirt from waist to hem is approx. 30", keep in mind this may fall shorter on longer depending on the size of one's hips.
Length is 45" from shoulder to hem
The separate slip measures 36" 36" 40" and the bust is snug on my mannequin.
Mannequin is approx. 5' 6" and a modern size 6/8 (36-26-36); I think this would look best on up to about an 8, modern sizing.

Condition: Excellent unworn vintage condition, I don't see any flaws, bright and clean, no spots, stains, rips or snags. Label is intact "The Silk Farm Designed by Icinoo" label, slip is marked a size 10.
